Hi there! My name is Shayan Khan and I'm a fourth year Mechanical Engineering student here at UC Merced. As a Media Cat, I work to bring information about UC Merced activities, events, and the atmosphere closer to people in and out of campus, through multimedia productions such as short form content, feature length videos, and graphics. In my spare time I work with UC Merced's SAE and AIAA teams, working on exciting engineering projects like our school's first ever all-electric racecar and student-built rocket that will fly at speeds over the speed of sound! Hi! I'm Raghav Sinha. I'm a 4th year Computer Science and Engineering major from San Jose, CA. Bay Area! I chose UC Merced for its potential - as a UC and a public school, UC Merced gets a lot of funding and the most attention of any of the UCs in terms of growth, and, so far, we've delivered. I know that in a short time, UCM will become one of the best schools in the country. For the Media Cats, I handle all web work including updating our admissions/admitted websites and this website. I also dabble in media work, taking photos and videos and producing social content. When I'm not working or studying, I spend my time playing video games, messing around with my camera, cooking/baking, and playing music! If you see me on campus, feel free to say hi!
